We provide all inhouse services that require specialized glass processing at a affordable price, and we pride ourselves in being able to do quick turnaround on urgent glass requests.

We have glass processing facilities that can accomodate:

Cutting glass from 3,6m x2,4 stock glass sheets, be in squares, circle, oval or any custom shape required. We process glass from 4mm to 19mm thick.

Vast array of specialized glass drill bits to drill holes of virtually any diameter in any glass.

Sandblasting booths allow us to sandblast stock glass sheets in one piece of up to 3,6m x1,8m. Our sandblasting techniques allows us to sandblast fine detail, as fine as finger prints onto any size glass.

Straight line beveling and shape beveling from the tiniest bevel, 5mm bevel on a glass piece of 40x40mm, to maximum 40mm bevels widths. (40mm are highly specialized and we do on special request ONLY)

Bright shine polishing of any glass shape or thickness. We have specialised polishing machines which can bevel straight, concave and convex shapes. Glass thicknesses which can be polished range from 2mm to 19mm and diameter from a tiny 30mm disk to 2,2m diameter table top.

UV bonding is used to permanently fuse glass to build frameless display boxes, awards, trophies sculptures, etc. This bonding also allows us to permanently fuse metal and wood to glass! If you need any glass fused please let us know and we are sure to be able to help.

Kitchen and bathroom Splashbacks

Bend/curve glass to various shapes, not just radial curves, but cones, s-shapes, domes, etc. Our large kilns are able to accomodate large sheets of glass with bending precision to 1mm of any thickness glass as well as specialised bent laminated safety glass.
